Sun hat for Palermo in February
Verdict
Optional
Warm enough some days to want one; not most days.
Why
Palermo in February averages highs of 60°F, lows of 49°F, 6 rainy days.
That climate makes a sun hat a judgment call. Warm enough some days to want one; not most days.
