What ForecastStyle Does

ForecastStyle is a weather-based outfit recommendation service. You enter a location and date, and we suggest outfit ideas suited to the forecasted weather conditions. Outfit suggestions include links to purchase items from third-party retailers.

ForecastStyle is a general reference tool, not professional fashion, styling, or medical advice. Recommendations are curated suggestions based on weather conditions and style preferences.

Affiliate Links

Product links on ForecastStyle may be affiliate links. When you click one of these links and make a purchase, ForecastStyle may earn a small commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which products or outfits are recommended.

As an Amazon Associate, ForecastStyle earns from qualifying purchases.

No Warranty

Weather forecast data is provided by Open-Meteo and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. We make no guarantee that outfit recommendations will be appropriate for actual weather conditions on any given day. Use your own judgment before heading out.

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

ForecastStyle is not liable for any purchases you make through affiliate links, including disputes with retailers over product quality, delivery, or returns. All purchases are transactions between you and the retailer. For any issues with a purchase, contact the retailer directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForecastStyle's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to zero dollars.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to scrape content at scale, reverse-engineer the recommendation system, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation. ForecastStyle is for personal, non-commercial use.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The effective date at the top reflects the last revision. Continued use of ForecastStyle after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
