Sun hat for Phoenix in March
Verdict
Optional
Warm enough some days to want one; not most days.
Why
Phoenix in March averages highs of 77°F, lows of 52°F, 3 rainy days.
That climate makes a sun hat a judgment call. Warm enough some days to want one; not most days.
