Sunglasses for Omaha in December
Verdict

Enough sun to matter, not enough to require them.
Why
Omaha in December averages highs of 35°F, lows of 17°F, 7 rainy days.
That climate makes sunglasses a judgment call. Enough sun to matter, not enough to require them.
