Sun hat for Palermo in December
Verdict

Warm enough some days to want one; not most days.
Why
Palermo in December averages highs of 62°F, lows of 52°F, 8 rainy days.
That climate makes a sun hat a judgment call. Warm enough some days to want one; not most days.
