Sun hat for Palermo in November
Verdict
Optional
Warm enough some days to want one; not most days.
Why
Palermo in November averages highs of 68°F, lows of 58°F, 10 rainy days.
That climate makes a sun hat a judgment call. Warm enough some days to want one; not most days.
